Steps to getting a website designed...

- Step 2: We'll discuss the nature of your business.
- Step 3: We'll discuss your website's purposes and goals.
- Step 4: Determine a realistic budget and time frame.
- Step 5: Make a deposit to start design work.
Building a website is a fairly intense and detailed process, but not for you! We'll make the entire experience as easy going as possible so you can relax. We'll first learn about your business, goals for your website, and identify areas of opportunity where there might not be quite so much competition. Because each of our consultants has more than a decade of marketing and sales experience, we'll be developing your overall strategy with you as well as designing a pretty site.
Once we have the concept in mind, we'll provide you with a website diagram. This is basically a flow chart with a bunch of symbols that will outline the flow and functions of the site. Once you approve the diagram, we'll create the overall appearance art work for the site and submit it to your for approval. After the look and function are determined, we get to work coding the site by hand. Depending on how detailed the site is, and how many pages etc. it has, we can usually build most sites in just a week or two. The only work you have is to provide us with content, mostly the text wording and a few images. For example, if you want to include the history of your business on the About Us page of your website, you would have to provide us with that text. If you wanted to include information about Velux Skylights, we can handle the copywrighting for you and give you an opportunity to edit it. Basically, if you want information on the website that only you know, you will provide it to us.
